the vanilla pod is green before harvesting

it is black after harvest n processing

because most vanilla ice cream uses cream to make

which is thicker and whiter

so most vanilla ice cream is normally white

for gelatissimo vanilla,

no cream is used..

only millk..

n the taste is thick

so it's yellow in colour
